experience with Authenticity Guarantee?
Made a recent purchase but it apparently didn't pass inspection. Got a prompt refund and sympathetic email from eBay, but it was light on explanations as to why. Has anyone been able to follow up and find out exactly why their sale or purchase wasn't authenticated? Thanks!
