Expecting Fraud from Seller
I have not yet received my item, but am concerned for a few reasons.
1) I purchased an item on Friday, 8/4 from a new seller, no previous transactions.
2) the item I purchased was listed as shipping from Tampa FL, instead it will be shipping from China.
3) The item is expecting to be delivered by 8/11, and as of 8/10, only a shipping label was created by "China Post" It is not listed as "in transit" yet - It will not be delivered on time.
Is its location of origin enough to cancel the sale? I need the item ASAP, this will not happen now, and when I do receive the item, I am concerned about its integrity based on the fact the seller lied about location.

You cannot cancel this sale, you only can ask the seller to cancel. They decide.
You can request a refund on 8/12 if your item didn’t show up. Reason: item not received.
You also can, after receiving the item, request a return for misrepresentation of the location. The seller needs to send money for a return label with tracking.
You can refuse the delivery if you have to pay import taxes from China.
