GOOD
Packing Slip shows "Shipping $20.68"
Selling Overview shows "$60.00 +Shipping (buyer paid $20.68)
Leave feedback screen shows "$80.68 Sold on: Jul 27"
BAD
"Order details" shows buyer paid $60.00, shipping $5.38
If I proceed and buy eBay label, I loose $15 handling cost I had added.

The seller gets all the shipping cost that the buyer paid.
If the buyer paid 80.68, that is how much you will get.
The order details is showing the cost of the label that you bought.

When "the Buyer pays for shipping", that money is given to you/the seller.
- Then you pay for the shipping label.
- The amount the buyer pays for shipping could be more or less than the actual final shipping cost, it is based on the settings chosen in your listing when you created it.
- The amount you pay for shipping is based on the actual final shipping details you enter before you click to print a label.
