Mentor1 year agoOr are you asking about extending auctions on trading cards amd extra 2 minutes if there is a bid at the end? Buyers have been asking for this for years, and it looks like ebay will be trying this beginning with trading cards.

"When bidding in Auctions, buyers may choose to Shop and ship separately to have their payment process automatically 1 hour after winning an auction, or choose Shop more, ship together, to get up to 7 days to shop other items from the seller that qualify for combined shipping. With either option, buyers can still choose to check out manually at any time."

To participate in this test, combined shipping must be turned "ON" and a requirement for buyers to provide a payment method is required before they place a bid.
If you do not want to participate in this test > Exciting News for Auction Sellers Who Offer Combined Shipping you'll have to turn "OFF" your Combined Shipping Rules: Go to your Shipping Preferences page to Edit your Combined Shipping Rules.
