Exorbanent refund charges.
A television advertiser produces an inferior product and shows it on television performing in a way that it does not. On receiving the product like this ; the box is worth more than the product. The return fees are almost $20 for something that weighs less than a pound. The company is making money on the refund. Is this fair for eBay not to evaluate and forbid them from selling on eBay?
