If your account is registered here on ebay.com, you cannot exclude shipping to the U.S. - is that what you're trying to do? You can exclude other countries.

Good question - eBay used to show our registered country & registered eBay site separately. They don't any longer - now they only show our country location.
You are probably registered here on ebay.com if your account is that old.
eBay HK is entirely in Chinese - www.ebay.hk
Have you tried to change the Exclusions on your account from ebay.com?
