Exchanging contact info with a buyer
How does Ebay expect a seller and winning bidder to make transport and/or payment arrangements for a vehicle once an auction ends if it is against the rules to exchange contact information with a buyer or winning bidder?

Mentor5 months ago@rakefinger169. I only see one active vehicle listing, none sold.
Edit to add I do see the same vehicle in the Completed listings but it doesn't have any bids.
Did you mean to relist?
Did the buyer select Caramel Secure checkout?
