I accidentally sent the wrong bag to a customer and they requested a return which I granted. They just want to exchange it for the right bag but I don’t know how to do that. I already paid for a return shipping label and paid to have the original bag to be shipped to the buyer. Now what do I do? Please help! Anyone! Thank you, blessings

Mentor5 months agoDid the buyer file a returns request using ebay? If so, you agreed, and the buyer received a link to print out the return shipping label, once tracking shows Delivered back to you, you will have 2 days to refund the buyer. You then relist the item for the buyer to repurchase, and this time make sure you send the correct item. ebay has no method to actually do an exchange.
