Exchange or return item purchased as guest
How do I exchange or return an item, wrong version, that I purchased as a guest? I'm now a member, but not finding how to.

Mentor2 weeks agoItems purchased as a guest are totally separate from any purchase on your account. You will need to find the confirmation email you received when you purchased the item and it will have special log in instructions. When you use those instructions you will see the item and be able to open any case or request you need. Keep in mind that eBay does not support exchanges so this is not something that the seller can do.
