exchange of item
I sold an item and the buyer wanted a specific item. i offered an exchange & the buyer accepted. i have received the item back and sent the one the buyer wanted. How do I settle this when the only option is to refund the money and the buyer is getting the item they want. My listing was no refunds or exchanges.
