The seller asked me to close out the return case so he can send me a replacement for the broken parts. Please let me know what I should do? If I close the case and didn’t get the replacement what I should do?

Do not close your return request. Wait for the seller to send the replacement. If they don't, be sure to escalate the return request by asking eBay to step in (click on the links below):
