I sent a buyer the wrong item by mistakenly getting labels switched. The buyer asked for a return. The correct item was sent the 2nd time and they received the correct item….now eBay is going to refund the buyer for the auction. I’m out of product and $ for having to ship it twice….the shipping is my fault I accept responsibility, however I made right and buyer received his item. How can I stop the refund?
