if my buyer paid for shipping, why is eBay telling me I still owe for a shipping label?

Mentor8 months agoThe buyer pays you item price plus shipping. You take that shipping money and purchase the shipping, either using ebay shipping or wherever you like. If you use ebay shipping, you get a discount, and the tracking is automatically uploaded to the transaction. You can select to pay for the label from your pending payout or your Paypal account.

The buyer pays eBay; eBay pays you.
You are the one with a package that needs to be shipped. The shipping service will not ship unless you pay for shipping.
