Excessive Remorse Returns
How do you sellers deal with excessive returns when buyers use remorse as reason for the return?
Due to a number of returns in the past year that were all...
"Changed mind"
"Found better price"
"Ordered by mistake"
And other excuses to return items bought that were shipped on time...I literally lost Top rated seller status because ebay thinks my sellers performance is not up to par?
What if every buyer just decides to return everything just because they changed their minds? Who's going to pay for shipping costs? I've lost time and shipping costs in my end.
I'm at a point where I'm seriously thinking about leaving eBay.

Mentor11 months agoYou would have to change your return policy. You currently have "30 days returns. Seller pays for return shipping."
You can change it to "Buyer pays return shipping". That way the buyer needs to have a valid reason for the return request in order to have the seller pay for the return shipping costs.
