Excessive refund demand as quick as posible
Hello, I'm having a situation where the buyer has canceled their order but I never received notice till after creating a shipping label. I then was able to submit cancel request for the shipping label and but when attempting to cancel the eBay order I get the message 'A cancellation already exists'. The buyer is now asking for a refund and being very resolute about having me send them the refund through CashApp, or by Check, or a money order. I dont think its a safe way of refunding the buyer. The order was placed on May 9, 2026. Is there any advice on what I should do? Thanks

Mentor2 months agoDo NOT refund the buyer through CashApp, check or money order.
ONLY refund through Ebay.
Go to your Seller Hub > Orders and look for a cancellation request status. Approve the cancellation request and the refund will be automatic.
