Everything about ebay is complicated!!

Question

Item bought from Delightinguk through ebay and I receive an email message from ebay saying its been "dropped off" on 30th June by Royal Mail at 10.56am. Not at my address it wasn't !! Unable to open tracking ref so ask ebay for help - they send link to open tracking ref .. which doesn't work!!

Fortunately the item was just a few pounds so put it down to experience and never buy anything through ebay again.

@copor_133 This is volunteer help on the US site.

I recommend you log out and contact CS on the UK site. You might still be able to file a not received refund request if you can get proof from the postal service that the package was not delivered to your address.

Here in the states the postal service using tracking plus GPS to verify delivery locations. I am not sure how it works in the UK.
