every time I go to pay it sends me to a page that say' 'there's a problem with this page"

I'm not able to make a purchase and it sends me to a page that say's "there is a problem with this page" DUH!! I tried the e-bay help, and it was no help, just automated answers.

Any difference if you try a different browser or a different link? Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account.

What page are you starting from? Are you using a buy-it-now link, or putting the item in your cart and checking out?

Is the item still listed and available? If the item appears in your Purchase History as "awaiting payment", see if you can complete payment using the eBay app. Or by checking out on ebay.ca using a browser.
