You can end an eBay fixed price listing at any time.
To end a listing early, you can:
Go to the Active listings page in Seller Hub, select the checkbox next to the item, and choose End item from the dropdown menu. To end multiple listings, select each and choose End from Actions.
Or go to Active in the Selling section of My eBay, find the item, and select End listing from the dropdown menu.
Note that ending listings early can disappoint potential buyers, so it is discouraged unless necessary. Auction listings have specific rules about when they can be ended early depending on bids and time left.

You can end your auction listing early under certain conditions:
If the auction has 12 or more hours left and has no bids, you can end it early.
If there are bids but the reserve price is not met and 12 or more hours remain, you can also end it early, but you may be charged a final value fee based on the highest bid.
If the reserve price is met or no reserve is set and 12 or more hours remain, you can end the listing by canceling all bids, though this may incur a final value fee, or you may sell the item to the highest bidder.
If fewer than 12 hours remain and there are no bids, you can end it early.
If fewer than 12 hours remain and bids exist but reserve price is not met, you can end it early with possible fees.
If fewer than 12 hours remain and reserve price is met or no reserve is set with bids, the listing cannot be ended early; you must sell to the highest bidder.
To end your listing, go to your Active listings in Seller Hub or Active in My eBay Selling section, select the item, and choose the option to end it.
If bids exist and you want to end the listing early, you must select a valid reason and cancel bids one at a time. Frequent early endings may result in account restrictions.
If your listing cannot be ended early, you can contact bidders to request bid retractions or contact the winner after auction ends to cancel the transaction if both agree.
