I placed an order and a few minutes later, realized it was the incorrect product. In less than 8 minutes made cancel request. The next day the seller refused to cancel. The items did not ship until about 8 hours after that. I got the return label from eBay and shipped back to seller. This is not at all to blame anyone ... but rather to get clarification of some facts ... as the situation could not have progressed exactly as you described.

eBay and PayPal could never be involved in a case at the same time. eBay closes a buyer's case immediately after a PayPal case is opened.

Sellers have no access to a buyer's payment information ... so would not have the capacity to bill a buyer's payment source.

From the seller's listing: 30 days returns. Buyer pays for return shipping.

I won't try to guess what might have happened ... but I can definitely say that your seller didn't do what you're accusing them of doing ... here, and in your feedback. There appears to be something in the way the item was returned that lost you the case. I doubt the money was ever refunded you ... and that you were billed only once for the order.

Do you have proof that the package was delivered back to the seller? That might help you.

The seller has no access to your funding source so there's no way the seller could have billed you again.
