ESU issues
I've had a ton of problems with the single card ESU as a buyer. Lots of return to senders and some lost completely. I've spoken with my local PO and carriers and they all say the same thing: USPS sees these single card ESUs as first class UNTRACKABLE envelopes. The ESU tracking has no value whatsoever. I dont know if its a regional problem or everywhere. It might save the seller but it doesnt make for an overall positive experience. Any hope that ebay will fix this?
