Estimated delivery dates keeps changing
I purchased an item on 3-25 and paid for it that day. The listing said seller ships within 3 days and gave est del date of 4-3 to 4-6. There's still no tracking info and seller won't respond. I contacted eBay and was told if it was not received by the 10th to ask for help. The eBay guarantee says they go by the dates in the original listing as for being able to help but now when I open what says to be the original listing it now says est. del date of 4-11 to 4 -14. How can they just keep push the dates back in the original listing?

When you look at the listing, you'll see estimated delivery dates for a purchase made today. To see the estimated delivery dates for YOUR purchase, look at your My eBay > Purchase History.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
