Estimated delivery date when placing an order
I placed an order with a seller because the estimated delivery date stated it would be delivered in the timeframe I needed it by. It's a gift for someone, so I need it before December 15th. A few days after placing the order, the seller changed the estimated delivery date. The seller waited on mailing it out and I still hasnt sent it out. I can't cancel the order or return it. Now I have to purchase another gift. The seller isn't messaging back?? What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase history, locate the order. What is the estimated delivery date there? What is the status of the tracking? There's over 2 weeks until December 15. Where is the item coming from?
