Estimated delivery date disappeared from Purchase History. Is my eBay Money Back Guarantee still active?

Hello everyone,
I bought an item on June 8 that was shipped from Canada to Peru using Canada Post Small Packet (tracking number starts with UR, so it has no tracking).
The estimated delivery date changed several times, but now it has completely disappeared from my Purchase History.
My order status only says:
"Delivery is taking longer than expected."
I can still open an "Item has not arrived" request, but I'm worried because eBay's policy says the deadline depends on the estimated delivery date, and I can no longer see that date.
Has anyone had this happen before?
Does the eBay Money Back Guarantee remain active even if the estimated delivery date no longer appears?

Mentor3 weeks ago@ivanapradoba0 I recommend filing the item not received refund request case before time runs out. The system will know if it is too soon or too late to file the case.
