Establishing myself as a seller and moving past the restrictions placed on me as a new seller
What is the time period for moving past my status as a new seller? I will need to be paid on a timely basis if I am to succeed with the business that I am considering starting up.
And:
The carrier didn't do a destination scan when my last order was delivered, and the payment system will not allow me to be paid until the 27th of this month. The buyer was happy with every aspect of the sale and left glowing feedback. The agents I spoke with were able to confirm that the item arrived quickly and there were no problems. They attempted to release my funds with no success. I was told that there was no one who had the power to override this problem.
Can anyone add further illumination to my situation?

It will take a while since you have nothing to sell and have only sold 2 items in the last 90 days. New Sellers have their funds held for up to 30 days, read about that here: Payments on hold | eBay
What I am concerned with is your one sale note getting the delivery scan ... did you print your discount shipping label through eBay? If so tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold file. If you purchase shipping labels elsewhere you have to manually type in the tracking on the sold item within your stated Handling time for your protection.
