Eshopex possible fraud
Summary: cerbe43 is facing an issue with Eshopex, a logistics provider recommended by eBay LATAM. Their package hasn't been delivered, and there has been no response from the courier for two weeks. They are seeking advice on escalating the issue or protecting their purchase. disneyshopper suggests checking the purchase history on eBay to potentially file a refund request if the item is late but not more than 30 days overdue, or contacting the credit card issuer for a chargeback if it's beyond 30 days.
I am writing here cause I don't know how to report an unresolved issue with Eshopex, a logistics provider recommended directly on Ebay LATAM shipping page https://www.pages.ebay.com/shipping/latam/sp/clubs-de-envio/
The Issue: They have not delivered my package, I don’t know if the package is lost and they are not responding after 2 weeks.
I chose this courier based on eBay's official recommendation, but they have failed to provide the promised service. I want to know how to escalate this claim with Eshopex or advise on the next steps to protect my purchase.
Thank you,
disneyshopper
Mentor3 weeks agoGo to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past the 30 days, you can contact your credit card issuer, if that is how you paid, about a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help for up to 180 days from the transaction.

OP3 weeks agoThe problem isn't actually with the seller, but with eShopex, eBay's shipping partner; they state a 7-day delivery timeframe, yet 14 days have passed and I have no news about my package. The seller fulfilled their part by handing it over to eShopex; from that point on, the issue lies with eBay's partner.
