ESE $20 limit?
This is probably a dumb question, but just seeking some clarity before listing.
Is the $20 limit for using ESE based solely on the purchase price or are taxes, fees, postage all rolled into the calculation?
Thanks in advance!

Not dumb at all.
The maximum of $20 is not including shipping or tax - just the item selling price.
A multiple card shipment can be up to $50 with each item being $20 or less.
