Yeah so, as the subject says - I just got a 29 cent refund on my eBay/PayPal account and have no idea why or who it came from. And of course eBay has no way to reach a human direct via email or messaging, so I'm a little confused. Anyone know how I can find out where from and why this came?

Mentor2 years agoI'm guessing you made a purchase and paid the seller, and the seller is refunding an "overage" that was paid. For anything under $1 most sellers would not refund.
