Errors on listing MSRP that I cannot correct
I have launched some listing from an app connecting my Shopify site with Ebay.
Some of the listings are showing wildly inaccurate MSRP and then 95 or 99% discounts to my actual selling price.
Problem: Neither the ebay listings nor Shopify pages nor the app have a field for MSRP or have any number in the "compare to price" field on Shopify. I did attempt to edit one on "compare to price" field on Shopify to see if it synced to ebay but changed nothing.
I cannot work out why there are these random amounts in the MSRP. It is not UPC driven because there are items I make myself and they don't have UPCs.
Can anyone suggest how to fix this? Obviously I have tried revisions but there's just no field to edit.
