Error when I take action for refund
I'm owed money by a seller. The take action button wasn't visible till recently and when I hit take action to escalate l, my reason is refund . I click continue and I get an error says it's not you it's us go back and try again . How do I get this escalated

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
