Error when attempting to purchase item

Hello,

Ive been attempting to purchase the following item:

when I click “buy it now” I receive an error message saying shipping fees haven’t been calculated by the seller. I contacted the seller and they said everything is fine on their end. I’m having trouble contacting eBay to find an answer.

does anyone have any suggestions to resolve the issue?

The seller specified Freight for the shipping. That is to be used for items that weigh over 150 pounds. Use the CONTACT SELLER link and suggest the seller select either USPS Ground Advantage or Priority, making sure to enter the weight and dimensions of the package in the listing.

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

@dougol-78 The seller has selected "freight shipping", possibly mistakenly. Contact the seller to see if the seller can specify an actual shipping method.
