Mentor3 weeks agoUsually when a listing shows that message, it usually means there is an error in the shipping details, and therefore ebay cannot calculate the shipping cost from the seller to the buyer. However, when I went to your link, the listing shows me $5.00 shipping via Priority. I am also in California, so perhaps that is why the low shipping price.
However, the New Castle, DE is a location for many freight forwarders, so perhaps the seller has a block in place that is preventing you from purchasing the item, even though your registration shows USA.

OP3 weeks agoSame price for Delaware. But when I try to check out, I keep getting this error. My address is 100% correct
