Error regarding seller shipping location
Hi,
I am selling in Australia but my listings appear to be coming up as domestic postage for international buyers. I have had someone purchase an item from the US but has been able to pay the domestic rate. Further, when I go to list an item, only US shipping options appear, like I am shipping from the US when I am actually in Australia (I should see Auspost and Sendle). Essentially, I can't bill people appropriately for the shipping they require and I end up losing money.
I have ensured my account preferences are set for Australia regarding shipping. Is there something I am missing here?

OP3 years agoYeah looks like you are right. That is a weird problem, especially given I have all the correct shipping locations set. Thanks for your help.

·3 years agoYou are setting up those listings on ebay.com (primarily US) instead of ebay.com.au (Australian eBay site). Currency and shipping options are based on what site you set up the listing on. Go back to ebay.com.au to list in AUD and have local shipping to Australian addresses instead of US addresses. Keep an eye on your browser's address bar as there are links on other sites that direct to ebay.com.
You still have time (more than 12 hours before scheduled end) to end the auction for the Vintage Czech Ruby Red Glass Art Deco Costume Ring without a winner and without a fee (there have been no bids yet). Also end the fixed price listing for the Logitech Touchpad T650 - Open box, Good condition. Those are the two listings I can see in an ebay.com search for your items.
