error refund
So eBay refunded a buyer for a "lost" package that was then delivered. ($14,00+). I have been trying to find a human to speak with but there don't seem to be any humans working at eBay - just chatboxes. Does anyone know if humans still work there and how one might get in touch with them if they exist?
