Error receive on shopping cart page
HOW DO I CONNECT WITH A REAL PERSON To Resolve a Problem?????
I received the following error from the shopping cart page ---
You don't have permission to access "http://pay.ebay.com/rxo?" on this server.

Any information to help resolve this error, and complete my purchase would be appreciated.

Mentor2 years ago"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.
If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
