Error on trying to print shipping label

This is the second time that when an item of mine was purchased it says “went wrong and we are not able to generate the label” I had to cancel an order because of it and there’s no number to contact eBay directly so I don’t know why that’s happening when a few days before I was able to print out a label just fine

Don't cancel an order because of a label.

You can buy a label from a 3rd party such as pirate ship or even the USPS counter.

Are you printing a label or a QR code?

If you are using the app, try the browser,

If you are using a browser, try a different browser.

Are you having trouble at this minute?

If you look here, does it show the labels were generated? If so, you can print from here:

Thank you for your reply. That link you sent me the order doesn’t even pop up only my previous order. Also last week when I had a purchase I got sent two emails one saying I made a sell and the second one showing me the QR code in the email and saying shipping label is ready. With my previous order and this current one it’s having trouble with the label

The link I sent should only show successfully purchases labels. Sometimes the label is bought but a seller has trouble printing.

Sound like that is not your issue.

Are you printing a label or a QR code?

ARe you on your phone or a computer brower?

I was trying to print both but then it says that error and then on my laptop it says the same thing. Do you think it’s on the customers end?

I don't think it's on the customer's end. If it was a problem address, there would be a message.
