Error on shoe size
Hello all. Just started selling and received my first order last night. Of course my luck when preparing the order I realized the shoe size was listed as an 8 when it should've been an 8.5. I messaged the seller through chat and haven't heard back as of yet. Am I going about this the right way or is there anything else I should be doing? Thank you so much in advance

Mentor1 year agoYou are doing the right thing by contacting the buyer. If the 8.5 size will work, great. If not, and the buyer can't select a different item, then you will have to file a cancellation for Out of stock.
