error messages wont stop

These messages keep popping up in my store and has blocked me at the stupidest times and causing me to lose listings! It comes up with listing, shipping, everything...
AI keeps saying they can fix and then agrees they cant but now 8 months later still cant get through to fix this glitch crap!
Can you tell me how I can get them to fix this cause aint going to deal with this in Q4!!!! like are they on instagram or is it all ai robots too...
AND NO MY VPN IS OFF...HAPPENS ON MOZILLA, CHROME EDGE...DONT SHARE INTERNET...USE COMCAST AND SAID IT IS THE SITE...CAUSE INTERNET IS DOING OK...EXCEPT NOW THIS WONT STOP...GOT SAME TYPE MESSAGE WITH SHIPPING...TODAY.

Once you have encountered problems while using a VPN, simply turning the VPN off may not fix things. You may need to reboot your device or reboot your network equipment and get a new IP-address assigned. Or try another device or network connection entirely.

OP3 weeks agonot sure what you mean...have comcast and only laptop and multiple times rebooted all equipment! i just dont understand why i cant get ebay to talk to me about this!!! i mean 8 months is ridiculous!!!

Mentor3 weeks agoYou can talk to customer service, but customer service reps are not experts in VPNs or bot detection, so are unlikely to be able to help you.
Did you use the client rep lookup?

That will tell you if your IP-address has been blacklisted.

OP3 weeks agoso ebay doesnt have anyone to fix their glitches!!! only happens with ebay not with mercari poshmark vented or depop!!!

OP3 weeks agoyes i did there and this came up: The IP Address 73.25...2 did not receive a bad risk score.

If the problem occurs again, try the client rep lookup link again to see if your IP address has changed or your score has changed.

OP2 weeks agoIt is still going on and nothing has changed with my ip and no idea what score is...again why cant i reach someone with ebay to fix this
