Error message when trying to submit a listing

I keep getting the error message "Looks like something is missing. Please fix any issues and try again.

Item location" when I try to submit my listing. However, my item location is entered (city and state). It also matches the city and state of my listed address for shipment, payment, etc.

What is causing the issue?
