Error message when responding to a buyer

Question

Someone wants to buy an item and sent me a message. When I tried messaging back I go this "It appears your message contains contact & payment information which is not allowed under our Member-to-member contact policy. For the safety of our users, all communications and payments must remain on the eBay platform." How can I respond to my buyer? I have never gotten this message before. Thanks in advance.

Since the buyer has NOT yet made the purchase, you cannot include your phone number, email address, or physical address in any communication. You can only include that information after the buyer has made a purchase.

I don't know what the question is or what your answer was, but you can't provide any of this information in a message prior to a buyer purchasing an item:

Address
emal
phone number
payment account information (venmo, paypal, cash app, etc)
