error message when listing an item
I get the following error message when listing an item except it is wrong. No such info is on the page.
"We can’t list your item because it looks like it includes a phone number or email address. Contact info is not allowed anywhere in a listing, including shipping and payments fields. Repeated attempts to include contact info could lead to account restrictions. Please remove any contact info before listing your item. {e178901-651231x}"

·2 years agoDo you copy any information from other sites and paste it in the descriptions?
If you do, sometimes that'll pick up extra HTML that's not allowed causing that message.
You need to remove the YouTube links from your descriptions.
