Error message when I try to refund buyer
I am trying to refund a buyer who returned three items. They used the label and sent all of them back but I keep getting a message that says "Â
You can't refund the buyer for this order
You cannot issue a refund at this time because a return request is open for an item in this order.You cannot issue a refund at this time because a return request is open for an item in this order."
How do I issue a refund to this buyer?Â
