error message when I try to print return shipping label

Technical issue: Getting error message when I try to print shipping label for a return: "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." Been receiving this msg for several days. I purchased the item to be returned as a "guest," perhaps that is the problem.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account.
