I have a buyer who keeps getting the error message "Unfortunately, this seller won't ship this item to NJ, United States." Even though I have it put in that I can ship anywhere in the US. Why would they be getting this message? What can I do to help them order this item?

Shipping and handling This item will ship to United States, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller and request a shipping method to your location. That listing doesn't have any shipping listed so the system tells the buyer that it can't be shipped to their location.
