Error marking sold item as paid
I am a seller. By mistake I clicked the "Mark item as paid" button. The item is in fact unpaid. eBay system is requesting I ship. I do not know how to undo my error. Just want to want to give my buyer a chance to pay. If I cancel the order, am afraid eBay might automatically deduct the "refund" from my account. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Mentor9 months agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the item, click the 3 dots, scroll down and select Mark as unpaid.

OP9 months agoThank you for your help. I got as far as the three dots. The drop-down menu did not have the option to "Mark as unpaid". Guessing that once I marked it as paid, that option was removed. If there's another way to undo this problem, please advice. If not will try contacting the buyer or ebay (?) for some solution. Thanks again.
