Error listing an item
I am trying to list a Bears bobble head and I keep getting an error...This item is not permitted under the Product Safety policy. Please do not relist
There are numerous bobble heads listed so I don't understand why I keep getting this error

OP2 years agoWell that really sucks and makes no sense but I guess I have no choice but to delete it.

Trust me when I say you are NOT alone with frustration ... I went nuts when it happened to me ... each time LOL. So I just learned to live with it AND everything I sold elsewhere did well so in the end I didn't lose any money, just a big inconvenience.

OP2 years agoI'm sorry but you did not help with this issue. This Bears bobble head is not a restricted item and many more are listed by other sellers. I need to know how to fix this!

Unfortunately you can't fix it and other members will come here and tell you not to ever list it again. I had some things yanked too in my history of Selling, none violated Policy but they were yanked just the same. The advice I got here was to never list them again, eBay can and does levy restrictions on accounts. I took the advice and sold the items elsewhere.
What you decide to do is certainly your choice, try using the Help and Contact link on the eBay page, select a subject closest to your issue and if phone service is available it will appear on the left side of the page (Have us call you) under the Chat option ... which you can try too.

Take the advice given and never try to list that item again. We see this from time to time and the other listings you can certainly report using the Report item link on the listing(s). Those other listings may eventually be taken down or cancelled if purchased.
eBay takes restrictions seriously whether it is a factory recall or other reason that reduces both theirs and the Seller's potential liability.
