error in issuance of 1099K
since ebay refuses to assist - just a one way street here. How do I get Ebay to reverse the sending of a 1099K for 2025 to me. I had about $8000.00 in sales with over the 200 sales. However the threshold for Fed and every state changed mid year with the Big Beautiful Bill back to 200 and $25,000.00. This makes my life hell to spreadsheet all the years work and still pay some additional tax despite everything I sell is at a loss?

"However the threshold for Fed and every state changed mid year with the Big Beautiful Bill . . ."
Those three words -- "and every state" -- are not true. I know my state's income tax regs were not affected by it.
That so-called One Big Beautiful Bill, as a federal thing, affects only federal government functions, such as the Internal Revenue Service, the organization that collects federal income taxes.
I just took a look at your listings and see that you are in the state of Virginia.
There have been several posts yesterday and today that show that the state of Virginia requires 1099-K reporting when a payee's (in this case, an eBay seller's) gross earnings are at least $600.00.
Therefore, eBay did not make an error in issuing Form 1099-K to you.
"back to 200 and $25,000.00"
The Form 1099-K thresholds for the IRS that were reinstated to earlier amounts are:
1. Number of transactions: Two Hundred (200) and
2. Number of dollars: Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) -- not $25,000.00.
"This makes my life hell to spreadsheet all the years work and still pay some additional tax despite everything I sell is at a loss?"
The Form 1099-K does not report taxable income. It reports gross earnings which, for eBay, means item prices paid by your buyer plus shipping prices when they were paid by your buyers.
If, in true fact, everything you sell on eBay is at a loss, you may not have to pay any income tax on the amount shown on your Form 1099-K, let alone any "additional" income tax.
You might want to consider using a tax preparation service. H&R Block has always been very helpful for me. Additionally, the AARP offers free tax prep, but they may limit very complicated tax situations, like income from foreign investments. Both an aged parent and I used their services for years. You don't have to be a senior citizen to get their help. It's free so there are no appointments, and you might have to wait an hour or more, depending on the location and how many volunteer tax preparers show up.

The BBBA only impacted Federal requirements not state requirements.
If your state requires a 1099-k at a lower level, you will get one, even if you didn't have $20,000 in sales and 200 transations.
Some states with lower level 1099-k requirements
AR $2,500+ gross sales
NJ $1,000+ gross sales
IL $1,000+ gross sales and 4 transactions
DC, MA, MD, MS, VA, VT $600+ gross sales
If everything you sell is at a loss, your Federal Schedule C will show a loss and reduce your taxes.

Here is a new 1099-K Guide. It shows how all the numbers are generated:
