Error in feedback sent to buyer
Negative feedback sent to buyer in error. I clicked on positive before l could complete the feedback it submitted Negative. How do l cancel it or adjust it.

You've left 'false positive' feedbacks for TWO different buyers ... BOTH of which violate eBay policy.
You didn't leave 'negative feedback to buyer in error'. The feedback rating is positive. It is the comment you typed that is negative AND prohibited. eBay might remove the comment if you contact an agent and tell them you weren't aware of the policy against leaving negative comments for buyers.

OP1 year agoI didn't type the negative comment. It was already in the box. It submitted that negative comment before l could type.

Mentor1 year agoBuyers cannot receive negative or neutral feedback and have not been able to receive it for many years. That positive feedback you left with a negative comment is a policy violation and too old to change. If the user would complain to eBay you would receive a policy violation and eBay would remove the comment and leave the positive.
