error in auction item description want to contact bidders
Summary: uki114 mistakenly implied that a lid was included with a casserole dish they are auctioning. They have tried to contact the two current bidders to clarify that only the dish is for sale but are unable to find a way to message them directly through eBay. uki114 is considering canceling and relisting the auction, although the pictures do not show a lid, which might indicate to bidders that it is not included. There are still over two days remaining on the auction listing.
I accidentally implied a lid was included with a casserole dish I have up for auction.
I have tried to message the only (2) bidders to clarify what is for sale... only the casserole.
Even though I have found what appears to a screen to allow me to message the bidders, it always takes me to my own inbox in ebay- without a create/compose option to message the bidders....
any ideas?
Maybe I just should cancel the auction and relist.... but the bidders may know no lid is included since it is not shown in the pictures, only in a copied item description.
As of the time of writing this, there are more than 2 days on the auction listing.
