error getting trackcode
hi when i try to get trackcode i got error msj : Package No. 10:
C00AA1A100 CITY.EMPTYCity field must contain at least 3 characters.【Information provided by FedEx】
i edit both shipping and sender adress a few time, make sure there is no EMPTY CITY but still not working. what am i missing?

You are registered in Malaysia. It may be that you are logged into the wrong eBay site. Your question is posted on the US (ebay.com) site so you are logged into that site.
Log off, clear your cookies and cache, then log back in. This should get you back to your registered site.

I still recommend logging off and clearing your data. There may be something in that causing the information to not copy properly into the shipping label. Since it sounds like you have not had the issue before.
If the buyers address is still not working in the shipping label try using a different way to access your account, if using the app try using a browser or desktop.

OP3 weeks agoim done log off and on a few time. still get the same error. i want to delete the shipment to restart the assign shipment again, but i couldnt find the delete button.this is my first time try to use Cpass Fedex

Your welcome. Glad you got it figured out. Checking that the address was correct was going to be my next suggestion.
