Error "Couldn’t add to cart. Try again."
For a couple of weeks I can't add new items in my cart, whatever item it is. Error message is "Couldn' add to cart. Try again"
any advice?

Browser or app? Latest version number?
ebay.com or ebay.fr?
Is your cart empty when you try?
Can you use "buy it now" instead of the cart?
Any difference if you try another browser?
Another country site?
Another device?
Another account?
